Wait Times

As a busy Mom of two with a full time job and a suddenly booming little shop, wait times are longer than usual.  Current wait times are up to 4 weeks.  No orders made for the remainder of the year will be guaranteed for Christmas.  I will be trying my absolute best to get orders completed, but I can not promise that you will absolutely get your hats.

Returns and Exchanges

I am happy to return or exchange unworn items with the original tags. For customers local to Thunder Bay, there will be no additional charges.  Customers who have their items shipped will be responsible for shipping costs, so be sure to check your sizing.  I'm always happy to answer questions prior to purchase to get you the perfect fit.
